Nancy Blanton writes novels based primarily in Irish history. The Prince of Glencurragh, her second novel, is a medal-winner in the Feathered Quill Literary Awards, in Florida’s Royal Palm Literary Awards, and was finalist in Amelia’s 2017 Book Island Book Awards. Her first novel, Sharavogue, also won Florida’s Royal Palm Literary Award for historical fiction. Her non-fiction book, Brand Yourself Royally in 8 Simple Steps, is an FAPA President’s silver medalist, and is a valuable personal branding guide for authors, artists, and business consultants. For her blog, My Lady’s Closet, Blanton focuses on writing and personal branding, historical fiction, research and travel. Blanton has been recognized for her work as a journalist, magazine editor, corporate communications leader and brand manager. She lives in Fernandina Beach.
