What is Disability Insurance

Short-Term Disability

Eligibility. Employees hired to work at least 20 hours per week.

Monthly Premium. 100% employee paid premium as listed below. (Weekly benefit amount cannot exceed 66 2/3% of the employee's annual salary/52 weeks)

Benefit. Income protection insurance when off first 60 days due to illness or injury.

Benefit. Eligible for 90% of wages after off for 60 days or more due to injury or illness.
