Rules for Donations, Fundraisers and Sponsorship

1. All money must go through Waukee Community Ed.

2. All corporate sponsorship have to be approved by the Waukee CSD School board.

3. Any written material for the use of sponsorship or donations must also be approved.

a. If a previous material was use, it can be modified for each team name/number but the core has to remain the same

4. Personal donations are allowed and be addressed to Waukee Community Ed.

a. The check must indicate the team number in the check memo line.

5. Teams cannot use any of the Waukee CSD logos for any fundraiser events unless the fundraiser event is approved by the Waukee CSD School Board. Upon that, the logo has to follow district guidelines that can be found the district site.
