Hello! If you wish to sponsor or donate funds and/or equipment to any of the Waukee Robotics teams you have come to the right place. Here is how you can do it.

Personal Donations

For any personal donations please send a check to:

If you need any tax information please email jgalli@waukeeschools.org. In the email, please provide the name on the donation, amount, and the team receiving the donation.

Sponsorship

For any official sponsorship's please talk to the team 's representative. They will provide all information along with the appropriate tax information.

Official Sponsorship will typically include your company's logo, name, or other advertisement on the team's booth, t-shirt, or robot.

Equipment

Any equipment being donated must be first approved by Waukee CSD. A donation form must be filled out and be given to a teacher coach for submission.

If any equipment is loaned out to a team, no approval is required.
