Welcome to Case Middle School!

I'm so excited to be working with you and your children this year!  My name is Victoria Woodward and I was born and raised in Watertown.  I am a daughter, sister, aunt, and dog mom.  I enjoy boating on the St. Lawrence River and reading. I started teaching in 2014 at Case Middle.  I believe that every child can learn and be successful when given the right strategies.

I will do my best to ensure that each student has a motivating and positive learning environment.  However, this is not a single person’s job, we must work as a team in order to be successful.  I need each of you to encourage your child at home whether by helping them to complete their assignments or by helping them to study for quizzes and/or tests.  Keeping informed of assignments will help your student not to fall behind, so joining Parent Portal is a great addition.  My goal is to make the website not just a tool for me, as the teacher, to connect with parents, but also a learning tool and resource for the students.
