Jeff Wood
Director of Technology, Cyber Security and Innovation
Jeff joined the school district in the fall of 2020 after previously working at Samaritan Medical Center as their technical services manager. A graduate of South Jefferson, He has worked in the IT field for over 36 years since graduating from JCC in 1984 with a degree in data processing. He is also a graduate of SUNY Empire State and Walden University. Jeff is excited to be joining the WCSD Information Technology team and will be working to help the district achieve their technology goals as well as looking for and implementing new technologies to help our students and staff. His office is at the Watertown Learning Center on Massey Street.

Dave Campbell
Information Technology Coordinator
Dave has been with the district for over 15 years and prior to that worked over 22 years for the NY Airbrake in their IT Department. Dave is a graduate of SUNY Canton and SUNY Empire State with a B.S. in Management Information Systems. Dave is a North Country Native coming from Massena NY. Dave oversees the systems and servers that provide the foundation of our Information Services and works closely with the team at MORIC that supports all of our servers, network and critical systems at the District.

Daphne Battista
Information Technology Specialist
Daphne joined WCSD in 1996 as the guidance secretary at Case Junior. She earned her data processing degree from JCC, and also completed a networking technologies degree from JCC and her IT degree from Empire State. In 2006 she joined the IT Team. As an Information Technology Specialist Daphne handles incoming requests, helps determine the best resource to resolve problems, as well as provide level II support.

Dianna Stanton-Jones
Information Technology Specialist
Dianna started in the library with WCSD in 2005. She then earned her Bachelors in Information Services from Oswego and joined our department in 2015. Dianna had worked in the manufacturing and retail sectors prior to joining the school district and users the skills in customer service she learned in those jobs and applies that knowledge in her current job as she feels customer service is an important aspect of what we do in IT. Dianna handles level II support and assists the other technicians with requests that come into our department.

Barry Kocher
Computer Support Technician
Barry joined WCSD in 2017 after having worked in the IT field at several other companies and also previously worked at Kodak in Rochester before getting into Information Technology. You'll see Barry out and about at the various buildings fixing computers, printers and other peripherals on a daily basis.

LaVonda Taylor
Computer Support Technician
A 2003 graduate of WHS LaVonda completed her degree in networking technologies at JCC after high school. She joined the Information Technology department in 2018 after working in retail and at a call center so customer service is important to her. She is currently enrolled at SUNYIT and working on a degree in Information Technology.

AV Technician
Mike is located on the 2nd floor of the High School next to the library and provides support for all of our AV equipment and technologies at the district.

Erica Jones
AV Assistant
Erica is also located in the AV department and assists Mike as well as students and staff in regards to AV requests.

Sally Parker-Newell
Webmaster/ECAC
Sally is our webmaster and supports and updates all of our content on our district website as well as being the go-to person for other site administrators. She also is the bookkeeper for all of our schools clubs and keeps them organized and up to date. Her office is located in the WHS library on the 2nd floor.
