Welcome to our classroom page! Here, you'll find a hub of useful information, including details about our daily activities, links to educational videos we use, and a variety of other resources. It's a great way to stay informed and engaged with what's happening in our class.
Our classroom serves elementary school-aged students with a wide range of abilities and needs. The students in our 12:1:3:1 program benefit from a highly structured, supportive environment that focuses on communication, independence, life skills, and functional academics.
Many of our students are autistic and may have significant cognitive, behavioral, and communication needs. Some are non-verbal and use alternative forms of communication such as AAC devices, core boards, or gestures. Others may require one-to-one support throughout the day, while some are learning to work in small groups with guided support.
We prioritize individualized instruction, sensory regulation, and consistent routines to help our students succeed both in school and in the community.
Above all, we focus on helping each student grow at their own pace, celebrating every step of progress along the way.
