My name is Ray Graffam, and I am excited to be the 3rd and 4th grade 15:1 teacher at North Elementary for my 5th year with the district! I am from Watertown, and I am a proud graduate of Watertown High School's class of 2000. After school, I went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps (Semper fi)! I earned a bachelor's degree in History from American Military University in West Virginia. I also earned a Master's degree in Special Education from Regent University in Virginia. I am certified to teach first through sixth grade special education in New York.

I have a true passion for helping students meet their learning needs. Helping my students progress in all areas of their development (academic, social, language, and motor) is a challenge that I am honored to be a part of.

Personally, I have two fantastic children, both of them boys, ages 9 and 12. We love reading, cooking, music, fishing, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
