Coach Roeglin has been coaching basketball since 2003. As the varsity assistant for the Oak Creek girls program from 2008-2017, he was a part of one of the most successful programs in the state. He took over the the Varsity boys basketball position in 2017 before accepting a teaching position in Waterford. Coach has worked with both the boys and girls programs while at WUHS. He also is very active in the Waterford Youth Basketball programs. In addition to coaching, he is a Special Education Teacher at the High School.


Coach Ninkovic has been involved in basketball since playing at Rufus King. He played at Division I Bowling Green University in Ohio. Coach then played professionally in Europe for almost 10 years. He has been coaching in some way for the last 30 years. He was an assistant coach in Oak Creek with the boys team and Coach Roeglin. He also coaches within our Waterford Youth Basketball program and Chapman AAU. Coach Ninkovic is a Special Education Aide at the High School.

Coach Weber is a Waterford graduate and former player for the Wolverines. His coaching experiences include 3 years at North Cape School, 2 years in the Tichigan youth basketball program, and 1 year in the Franklin feeder program. Coach Weber is excited to again be a part of the Waterford program and cannot wait for the upcoming season. Dylan is currently a junior at the University of Wisconsin Parkside.


Coach Gustafson has been coaching basketball for the past 17 years at various places and levels. He spent 6 years coaching boys basketball at Brookfield Central High School at the Freshman and JV level, 3 years as varsity assistant coach for the girls program at Mukwonago High School and 3 years with the 8th grade boys in Mukwonago. He is entering his 5th year coaching in our Waterford Youth Basketball program. This will be his second year as the Waterford JV1 basketball coach. Coach Gustafson is in his 18th year of teaching and 17th year teaching in the Elmbrook School District in Brookfield.
