2. During the lesson, complete page 285.

3. During work time, complete pages 286-288 #2, 5, 7, 8.

   • Check your work using the Answer Key (Pages 285-288)

4. Go to iReady and complete the Lesson 13 Comprehension Check

   • Find the check under Teacher Assigned

   • Be sure to show your work on a separate sheet of paper before selecting your answer

   • Your quiz will be reviewed by your teacher and you will receive your score once it is reviewed

5. iReady Pathway

   • Don't forget to fill out your iReady log

6. Complete an activity from the lesson choice board

2. Take the Unit 2 - Bend 1 Assessment to demonstrate your understanding of the strategies we have worked on so far in this unit.

   • Be sure to read the article linked in the assessment and take your time to demonstrate your full understanding.

2. Access your Word Study Notebook

   • Go to your Class App and click on Word Study

3. Review the vocabulary words from lesson 5 & 6 on slides 15 and 18

   • Be sure you have a strong understanding of the definitions

4. On slide 20, complete the Lesson 5 & 6 Assessment

   • Remember to record your score!

1. Access your Writing Notebook

   • Go to your Class App and click on writing

2. Review your editing checklist on slide 14

3. Be sure you have copied your introduction and conclusion (slides 9 and 10) to your masterpiece document

   • Find your Masterpiece #1 document linked on slide 25

4. Read through your masterpiece to make sure you have caught any errors

5. By the end of the day on Monday, December 21st, your writing will be graded by what is on your document, so be sure to have your writing completed and edited

   • Make sure it is your best work

   • Use the rubric to help you

   • Feel free to attend office hours for assistance!
