   • Go to your Class App and click on reading

2. Go to slide 36 to review the goal for today's reading session

3. Meet with your book club to set a reading goal to complete by the end of class on Friday

   • Place your bookworm bookmark at this stopping point

   • Check the book club calendar if you are not in class

4. Make a work plan with your book club on slide 37

5. Read the primary source assigned to your group

   • Work to gather information about the historical events that were key to your time period

6. On slide 37, work to complete the table connecting history to your novel

   • Document the most important historical events to your time period- be sure to paraphrase this information- DO NOT COPY IT WORD FOR WORD

   • How do those historical events connect to your novel and your characters?

7. Begin reading your book club book

8. With remaining time, read your choice book

   • Go to your Class App and click on writing

2. Using your strong researching skills research your chosen career and continue gathering information for your report

3. Go to slides 15-17

   • Continue taking notes on your subtopics

   • Be sure you are citing sources as you take your notes

4. Work to research your career and take notes on slides 15-17 to gather information about your chosen subtopics

5. Take quality notes and if it is not YOUR WORDS, be sure to use quotation marks
