3. On slide 15, review the diamante poem

   • Use the anchor chart and example to help you write your own diamante poem

4. On slide 16, write your own diamante poem

   • Be sure to follow the structure provided in the anchor chart

5. Use spell check to ensure your work is the best it can be

   • Have your work checked and approved by your teacher

6. Once approved, choose your choice of publishing paper and handwrite your diamante poem
