   • Virtual: Unit 4 Mid-Unit Assessment

   • Take your time on the assessment. Additional time will be given tomorrow to complete the assessment.

3. Continue working on your Pizza Fraction Project, following directions given in class

1. Complete your Unit 3: Pre-Assessment

   • Be sure to read or listen to the whole article linked in the assessment

   • Use the rubrics and checklists provided to guide your responses

   • Be sure each response has 3-4 complete sentences

1. Access your Writing Notebook

   • Go to your Class App and click on writing

2. On slide 14, reread the prompt you are responding to

3. Reread “One Lucky Fish” as needed

4. On slide 14, review the Thought Map you completed yesterday

5. Finish the RACER organizer on slide 15

   • Each ACE will represent the format of each body paragraph

   • Be sure to write complete sentences. This will save you time later.

6. On slide 16, click on the google classroom icon in order to access your document to type your TDA essay response

7. Begin writing your TDA on this document. Be sure to include:

   • Introduction Paragraph

   • 3 Body Paragraphs

   • Conclusion Paragraph

8. Be sure you are using your planning tools (thought map & RACER organizer) and writers checklist as you work

9. When you finish, free write or choose one of the February Writing Prompts
