Dr. Kati Oakes Pusey
Kissel Hill Elementary
Hello, Everyone! I am a graduate of the Warwick School District, and recently returned to serve the community where I grew up and currently live as the school psychologist at Kissel Hill Elementary. Prior to returning to my alma mater, I gained 15 years of experience at another local school district. I attended the University of Michigan for my undergraduate program, where I earned Bachelors degrees in both English and psychology. After working in the mental health and law enforcement fields for a few years, I returned to school to earn a Master’s degree in school psychology from the University of Millersville. Since graduating from that program, I have maintained national certification. Most recently, I earned a PhD in social psychology from Walden University. I am also currently involved in the development and delivery of induction trainings to new school psychologists through the Lancaster-Lebanon I.U.#13 area.
