Volunteering at Warwick
Everything you need to know to become a Warwick Volunteer
In order to become a volunteer at Warwick School District, you'll need to complete a number of background checks and clearances. Once you've completed and submitted the forms, you will be added to the board agenda for board approval. Once approved, you are cleared to volunteer at any building in our district. Please note: To become a District Approved Photographer there is an additional form and board vote needed.
How to become a District Approved Volunteer for the Warwick School District
Step 1: Complete the following application, background checks, and clearances.
Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (must be less than 5 years old)
Pennsylvania State Police Request for Criminal Record Check (must be less than 5 years old)
FBI Federal Criminal History Record (must be less than 5 years old)
Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form (Form PDE-6004)
Step 2: Submit completed forms and paperwork to the HR department at hr@warwicksd.org
Step 3: Pending board approval, you will be able to begin volunteering
***Please note that these clearances are valid for 5 years from the date they were completed, not the date you began volunteering at Warwick
How to become a District Approved Photographer
Step 1: Complete above steps to become a District Approved Volunteer
Step 2: Complete the District Approved Photographer Application
Step 3: Schedule a meeting with the PR and Marketing Coordinator (Carolyn Enigk) to review guidelines

Step 3: Get your photo taken with HR so we can make you a badge.
Step 4: Pending board approval, you will be able to begin taking photos for the district
