Biomedical Science Pathway

Required Courses:

Biology I- prerequisite (must be taken before any of the Biomedical classes)

Introduction to Genetics (½ credit)

Introduction to Biotechnology (½ credit)

Introduction to Bioethics (½ credit)

Fundamentals of Microbiology (½ credit)

Any one of the following:

Biology II AP (1 credit)

Chemistry II AP (1 credit)

Physics I AP or Physics II AP (1 credit)

Environmental Science AP (1 credit)

Other Requirements:

Through your courses, you will get to experience the actual work of Biomedical Scientists

Performance Based Diploma Assessment

Your senior project must be based on your Work Based Learning Experience in the Pathway
