Timings of the Days 2019
Session 1: 8.50 to 12.00pm
Break: 11.00am to 11.25am
Session 2: 12.00pm-3.10pm
Lunch: 12.30 to 1.10pm
For all activities, students should go to the allocated classroom at the start of the session to register. This includes offsite trips. The rooms will be sent in a final timetable to students a couple of weeks before the Enrichment Days begin.
This website is designed to provide you with the information to help you and your child to decide whether they wish to participate in the paid activities available, and support the selection of the in-school programme of activities.
Once you have made your decision, you should then:
1. Complete your choices via the google form sent to parents and students.
2. Wait for confirmation of which activities your child has been allocated.
3. Make the appropriate payment via Parent Pay. The cost of each activity can be viewed on the information page of each activity. Pupil premium costs can be viewed on the link at the bottom of each paid activities page. As in previous years, if your total balance is more than £50, a deposit of £50 can be made, with the remaining balance to be paid in installments. These dates will be specified in future communications alongside the final activities your child has been allocated.
Please note that if there is not sufficient uptake of a trip to make it viable, it will not be able to run.
Students will then receive their precise timetable of activities in the summer term, along with information about what to bring , what to wear and where to meet etc.
For students who do not participate in the paid activities there is an exciting range of activities on offer in school which will be provided on student timetables issued in the summer term.
