Wandr ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, share, and protect your data when you use the Wandr travel mobile application (“App”).

Itineraries, checklists, uploaded documents, preferences, group trip details

A. For Users in Singapore
We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA 2012) of Singapore.
In addition to the rights provided under Indian law, users in Singapore have the right to:

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
For users located in Singapore, this Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA 2012).
For users located in the United Arab Emirates, this Policy complies with the Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, India, except where local laws require otherwise.
