In November-December and May-June, we will conduct stakeholder surveys with students, teachers, and families to learn more about your experiences with our schools. We use these surveys in our planning and to learn more about our strengths and areas of challenge in the following key strategic priority areas:
Excellence for all students: are we setting high expectations and challenging all students in all classes?
Equity for all students: are we meeting the needs of all students and providing all students with the tools and opportunities they need to access high-quality instruction?
Social and emotional wellness of all students: are our students connected to school and their peers, do they have the emotional skills they need to persevere through challenge and achieve excellence?
Support and retention of highly-qualified educators: are we meeting the needs of educators such that they can meet the needs of students? Are we holding staff to high standards of excellence and providing them with the resources they need?
Welcoming and supporting families as partners: are we communicating effectively with all families? Are we creating welcoming and inclusive school environments that allow families to feel connected, empowered, and supported?
The data we collect from surveys help us answer these and other questions. We have taken significant action and made substantial changes to programming for teachers, families, and students based on information we have gathered from surveys, and welcome ALL members of our school communities to participate. Surveys are translated into Spanish, Haitian, and Portuguese.
Only fill out one survey for your child's school.
If you have students at multiple schools, we appreciate feedback for each of the schools.
If you have multiple children at one school, you may fill out the survey once for each child OR once for both children.
