0 ~ Start at the top and make an "O".  That's the way to make a zero!

1 ~ A straight line down is lots of fun.  That's the way to make a one!

2 ~ Around the railroad track and back makes a two, two, two!

3 ~ Around a tree.  Around a tree.  That's the way to make a three!

4 ~ Down across and down once more.  That's the way to make a four!

5 ~ Fat old five goes down then around put a hat on top and see what you've found!

6 ~ Start at the top and make a loop.  Number six likes to hula hoop!

7 ~ Across the sky then down from heaven.  That's the way to make a seven!

8 ~ Make a "S" but do not wait.  Go back up to make an eight!

9 ~ A circle then a line.  That's the way to make a nine!

10 ~ A straight line one.  A zero then.  That's the way to make a ten!
