Paranormal Wonders are usually ghost/horror stories that I'm sure most of us have heard at one point or another, BUT did you know there are some ghost stories about our very school WCI? Here's a compiled list of spooky stories that have actually been told about WCI.
There is a story about how the boys' bathroom near Squire Hall is actually haunted, and there's a ghost of a student who was an aspiring athlete but died before that goal could happen. Now, he chooses to haunt the school bathroom because it's close to the field. The likelihood of this story being true is quite low, but it's still a fun story to tell your friends. People say that at night you can hear banging noises from that bathroom, and that is also the reason the bathroom gets so trashed--it's not the students' fault for the mess, but the ghost enraged by seeing a ton of alive, happy boys at school playing soccer.
As we know, there are phones in every classroom. One day there was a message given to a teacher that said the following "Surrender the students in your class to me or I shall forever haunt your classroom," but the teacher ignored it. Then, the phone didn't work for a while until they got a new one. This new phone worked, but it wasn't working as efficiently; sometimes there were random calls that were silent on the other line or there were messages that said weird things. Some students who heard this story say that it may be a ghost, bad phone, or just some pranks. Either way, no one really knows if this story is true, but there is no way of knowing for sure.
Sometimes during school, our Chromebooks' power tends to die out even when they are fully charged or have perfect WiFi. Some believe this is a ghost's work while others just say it's the electricity. This story is a bit vague compared to the rest, as this one is most likely untrue, but still gets thrown around every now and then near Halloween.
You probably didn't think that ghost stories about our school existed but now you know 3 short ghost stories to tell your friends near Halloween!
