Yoshi Yoshi Yo Yo Shi (Hi, everyone it’s me, Marc, and I am reviewing Yoshi’s Woolly World.) Yoshi’s Woolly World is a game for Wii U and 3DS. I personally think Yoshi’s Woolly World is a nice and “crafty” game. What? You can’t blame me. It gives me a lot of “material” to make jokes. (P.S. I am just reviewing the wii u version)
Anyway throwing all jokes aside, the game Yoshi’s Woolly World is a game about baby Bowser making Kamek turn all Yoshi’s to yarn to make a bigger castle. Only two Yoshis remain. One which I have a whole paragraph on and a red Yoshi. You have to get yarn pieces to bring them back, fight nostalgic bosses, and maybe, just maybe beat baby Bowser. The game is very hard than most Yoshi games are. The first hard choice the gamer makes is choosing which Yoshi - green, blue, or pink - they will play as. The one you pick is the first Yoshi you get besides red Yoshi which you get automatically at the beginning of the game. You will not unlock the others until the end of the game.
There are three main collectibles: daisies, yarn, and Miiverse stamps, (too bad Miiverse is gone, we won’t forget your memory). When you get all five yarns you get a Yoshi like Burt the Bashful Yoshi or Savannah Yoshi. In the final level, there is a glitch discovered by gamer Macromania that lets you skip half of this stage. Daisies unlock secret levels and the final levels. Almost every amiibo when this game came out is compatible except for Pokemon amiibos. You can play with two players or get a Yarn Yoshi amiibo to control two players without the difficulty of two remotes. I think the game is a little overrated, but I still think it is enjoyable. See you in the next Yoshi game!
