These are the best chocolate chip cookies ever. They are so easy to make and are so ooey gooey. It is a mix of the best warm chocolate chips and sugary cookie. If you are like me, you always are up for a nice cookie. Or maybe you just can’t wait to get to your grandparents house to smell the sugar filled air. Now don’t miss this recipe because these cookies could change your life.
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup of brown sugar
½ cup of granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 bag or 2 cups of chocolate chips
You'll also need two large bowls, two baking sheets, and parchment paper or foil. If you use foil make sure you spray your pan. You will need two pans for these.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
Next grab one of your bowls to mix in your flour, baking powder, and salt and set it aside. In the second bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar and the granulated sugar with an electric mixer. While you're mixing those together, add the eggs and vanilla extract.
Once you've done that you will want to take the flour mixture and pour it in with the butter mixture. Make sure you beat it until it's well blended. Then add in the the chocolate chips and stir. Be careful though because you don’t want to break the chocolate chips.
Now one of the last steps. You can use a spoon or an ice cream scooper to scoop the batter onto the baking sheets.
Finally, bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned. Once they're finished baking, wait 10 minutes to move them to a cooling rack or paper plate until completely cooled. Then, enjoy!
