What does a Wake NCAE Building leader do?

• Attend Monthly Mass Meetings to learn, share in decision making, and keep up to date 

• Create communication channels; Slack/Private FB group/Personal Email group

• Respond to correspondence - engage co-workers in  Local/State/National campaigns

• Join  committees and attend trainings  

• Recruit/retain members to build power

• Hold listening sessions and engage in 1 on 1s 

• Encourage/Increase #RedforEd visibility- take pics and post them on Wake NCAE  FB group

• Map your worksite to organize and build a union team (include PTA)

• Attend school board meetings/Speak at school board meetings

• Share Local, State, & National membership benefits
