NCEA Level 2 Food Technology - Hospitality
The key learning focus will be on students developing their knowledge and skill in the preparation and serving of food to customers. Standards completed will lead students towards attainment of the NZ Certificate in Hospitality (41 L2 credits in total). There is the possibility additional Manaaki Marae standards may be incorporated into the programme throughout the year.

This course leads on to Level Three Hospitality and to a NZ certificate in Hospitality.
This can lead on to career pathways in the Hospitality sector.
This is an open entry course and there are no prerequisites. You must complete US167 in Term 1 in order to take part in the practical lessons if you have not already completed it.
