Introduction
The aim of this course is to provide students with the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in the use of a range of software applications to manage and present data. Basic concepts of information management – key features of operating systems and application software, computer file management, understanding ethical issues, word-processing, spreadsheets, DTP and web design.
