Introduction

Drama enables us to put ourselves into different roles and identities that help us to broaden our understanding of other people’s thoughts and perspectives and develop a more empathetic view of the world. In this course students will both study a significant play and participate in a class production. Students will learn specific conventions to communicate dramatic intent such as the use of light, shadow and soundscapes.
