What is a Technological Development?
A technological development typically comes from seeing a need or problem that humans have and trying to find a way to solve that problem or meet that need
It often involves making a prototype and then testing it
It might involve testing several options
It will involve some sort of evaluation about
-whether the prototype helped with the problem or the need OR
-which option was best
-what kind if improvements could be made
