This is the last week of school and I just wanted to give you folks a heads up about some of the things going on.

Aloha B10 Families,
We are coming up on the 7th week of distance learning! I hope you all are able to find some balance and peace during this departure from normalcy. Please contact me with any questions or concerns you have.
There is one important update for the new week ahead and it concerns iReady. Please read our 3rd grade i-Ready Lessons Calibration letter.
Both the Counselor's Letter and the Learning Commons Letter are attached below. Also, next week's Enrichment Activity Menu will be posted on Monday.
And now, the most important part of this email: Happy Mother's Day to all of you mother's in our Ohana! It certainly is a labor of love. May it be a pampered and relaxing day.

I hope this email finds you all well! The big change coming up this week is a time change for our class meetings. In an effort to reconcile scheduling conflicts, the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday meetings will be moved from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. I will send out the link before each meeting, both to you and to your child's Google Classroom.

Dear 3rd Grade Families,
Hope you all had a chance to navigate through our enrichment activities. Thank you so much for your patience and support during this first week of remote learning enrichment activities. It was a new experience for all of us, teacher included. If you are having difficulties accessing technology due to a lack of a device, please do not hesitate to reach out to Mel Sumida (msumida@waialae.edu). She can organize paperwork in order to lend out devices.
As we continue to navigate through these times, we are asking parents to fill out our Parent Survey. If you have time, please fill out this survey pertaining to our first week of enrichment activities. This will help us understand how to best support you during this time.

Dear Parents and Families,
While school is put on hold to prevent further spread of coronavirus, our goal is to maintain student engagement. We aim to provide enrichment activities for your child. We will be sending out communication via email for updates. We also understand that you and your child may not be able to participate in all activities. Please know that these activities are encouraged, but not required. If videos are provided, it will be recorded, and can be accessed at any time through our Google Classrooms or Seesaw. We are here to support each other as best as possible during this time.
As a 3rd grade team, we have compiled a Menu Board which includes activities the students can choose from and links to all the resources. If you need your student’s log in, please contact your homeroom teacher. Below is a list of attachments, we understand there is a lot of information, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Mahalo for your patience and cooperation during this time!
