When can I pick up my students belongings?
Due to stay-at-home orders caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, Wahiawa Middle School will not be accepting in-person requests for releases. If your child will not be attending Wahiawa Middle School, please complete the Request for Student Release Form and mail it back to:

Please know that release packets will not be distributed or mailed to the parent/guardian. Please ask the next school to request for records via snail mail or the emails listed above.

When will school re-open?
At the direction of the HIDOE Superintendent, all schools will be closed for the remainder of this school year. Please be on the lookout for information from WMS regarding materials for your kids to study/work on during this time.

Student Meal Service in Wahiawa at Leilehua HS, Kaala ES, and Helemano ES
During the extended closure, starting Monday, March 23, 2020 HIDOE will continue to provide student meals, including providing grab-and-go breakfast and lunch at select schools to each child that is 18 years and under. IDs are not needed but each child must be present to receive a meal.
Breakfast/Lunch will be provided at the following days and times:
- Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. for breakfast.
- Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. for lunch.

Publication of Student Work, Photos, and Video Notice:
Occasionally, we will publish photos and videos of our students participating in school activities. We publish these photos and videos, and sometimes student work, on our website and in our newsletter, as well as in other school and district publications. If you do not wish us to publish these images please submit a signed and dated written request to the school.
