Cohawk Charge always occurs on low tide, with multiple cannons popping out of the spouts scattered around the map. These cannons can be used if you swim into them. Cannons fire out a very powerful long ranged shot that explodes on impact of any surface. But, the whole reason for these cannons is to take out the excessive amount of cohawks spawning during this wave. Cannons still cost ink, so remember to refill your ink. In order to get eggs on this wave, bosses still spawn, so take them out.

Fog isn't too different from normal waves. The only thing that happens here is fog that makes it much harder to see, alongside a few goldies that can spawn. The goldies on this wave aren't too hard to defeat, only having one melee attack and slow mobility, but killing them can make them drop many eggs, but an inconsistent amount of eggs.

Goldie seeking is a wave that involves all of the spouts coming out of the ground, allowing you to shoot at them. shooting at a spout will cause a small green ink geyser to spray out, and it could have a variety of things happening to it. It could just be a small geyser, it could be a medium slightly glowing geyser, it could be a tall glowing geyser, or a Goldie could come out. the taller or brighter a geyser is, the closer you are to the Goldie geyser. For this wave, your goal is to ketch the Goldie and shoot at it until it drops eggs. The Goldies on this wave are very fast, and the instant they come out of the geyser, they will run in a designated direction until they make it to another geyser to hide in, which is when you search for it again.

During Mothership, a giant box thing flies out of the water and into the sky. It sends out Chinooks from its top, which come down to place down boxes that can spawn lesser salmonids. Killing a chinook will drop one singular egg. Durring all of this commotion, snatchers will fly around and steal the eggs scattered everywhere. When the timer hits the halfway mark, the Mothership will fly to the egg basket and attach a tube, slowly taking your eggs. You can shoot at the Mothership, causing it to fly away back to where it was.
Giant tornado is probably the easiest wave out of any of them. In this wave, a tornado appears In the distance, sending a treasure chest flying into the air and onto the ground, always during low tide. You and your team need to go to the chest and shoot at it until it explodes eggs everywhere. The tornado will also send all types of lesser salmonids to you, so keep your guard. Also in this mode, all eggs count as 2 eggs, so the quota is very easy to meet. No bosses can spawn on this wave, so just focus on the main objective of transfering eggs to the basket. Once the clock hits about 30 seconds, another chest will get sent down, but usually isn't enough time to transfer all of its eggs over.
In this wave, where all of the spouts are, Mudmouths come out and sit there. There is 3 types of Mudmouth, smallfry, chum, and gold. Smallfry Mudmouths spew out mountains of smallfries, chum Mudmouths spew chums, and gold Mudmouths spew out cohawks. The smallfry and chum Mudmouths drop eggs whenever you throw bombs into its mouth, until you defeat it. Gold Mudmouths drop way more eggs than the other ones, so target them.
Rush is very hard to beat if the weapon selection only has slow weapons. In this wave, one randomly selected teammate will suddenly have bugs flying around them, known as glowflies. The instant this happens, tons of chums and a few goldies will immidiately start running very quickly towards that person with the glowflies, and try to kill them. You must take advantage of this, and put that teammate in an area that the chums can't reach, like holding a squid surge on a wall or swimming on an ink rail. once this happens, the salmon will just swarm in a cluster around the area that the person is at, so just try to kill all of them, including the goldies. Goldies are just the same as chums on this wave, so they are really fast and aggressive, and attack very quickly. Killing the goldies is the only way that you can collect eggs.
