Creating an account to enroll and pay for your program or event is much like creating an account for other secure online vendor transactions. It allows your transactions to be processed in a secure environment. User and password information is encrypted before it is transmitted across the network.  In addition, it allows you, as the user, to update your contact information (address, phone number, and email address). 

If you have not registered for a program with VCE before,

1.  Create your account during checkout by following the instructions under "I am a new user" or

2.  Go to: Participant Login and follow the instructions under "I am a new user".

3.  Complete your contact information and you'll receive your username and password reset link via email within a few minutes.  Username must begin with vce-.

If you have registered for a program with VCE before, you are already in our system.  Go to: Participant Login and enter your credentials to access your account. Once logged in, choose My Profile from the left navigation menu.  Note: username must begin with vce-.

Please record the nature of the error message or take a screen shot of the message and email it to vceprograms@vt.edu along with the name and date(s) of the program/event for which you wish to enroll. Please remember to include your name and contact information.

If the enrollment deadline has passed, information can generally be found on the registration page on the program for which you wish to enroll. To check if space is available registration, please contact the person listed on the registration site with the name and date(s) of the course for which you wish to enroll.
