We are a professional association which assists members by:
encouraging a high standard of professional performance among Extension agents
promoting a high degree of cooperation and camaraderie among Extension agents
improving the effectiveness of Cooperative Extension work
securing additional opportunities for furthering Extension agents' education
advancing the importance and position of Virginia agriculture, 4-H youth development programs and our natural resources
helping them carry out the education and outreach mission of Virginia's Land Grant Universities; Virginia Tech and Virginia State University
