4-H is a 120 year-old, voluntary, informal educational program for youth ages 9-19, by September 30 of the current year. 4-H is open to everyone regardless of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, genetic information or political affiliation. Additionally, 4-H offers a Cloverbud program for ages 5-8, by September 30 of the current year.
