Small Aircraft Flight Encounters (SAFE)

Dataset Repository

This website provides an openly accessible repository of small unmanned aircraft system (UAS) flight encounter data.

The data corresponding to these small UAS flight encounters includes video and radar imagery suitable for evaluating Detect-and-Avoid (DAA) algorithms. For the purposes of this repository, a "small" aircraft has a mass less than 25kg. A "flight encounter" is any dataset in which a small UAS is observed in with one or more sensors.
