Registration

Procedures for Registration & Course Drop/Add: 

• • 1. Go to Hokie SPA.  Log in using your VT Username and password.  (Hokie Spa can be accessed via the ribbon at the top of the vt.edu homepage as well as through One Campus)

    2. Click Hokie Spa Tab

    3. Click Registration (Add/Drop) and Schedule

    4. Complete any Preparation for Registration steps.

    5. Click Register for Classes

    6. Select appropriate term - Summer 2025

    7. Choose courses by using "Enter CRNs" tab. You will be provided the Course Reference Numbers (CRN) for each registration period.

    8. Once you find the desired course, click Add.

    9. The courses you choose will appear on your class schedule and summary in Pending status.

    10. Click Submit.  You will not be registered until you click Submit.

    11. If there are errors, resolve the errors and click Submit again.

Once you've completed your course registration you will immediately be enrolled in those classes and they will be reflected on your account in Hokie Spa.

The CRN list for Summer 2025 is below and registration will open on March 18th, 2025!

Please register for summer classes by your deadline.
