Official Transcripts

While a copy of your transcript is acceptable for application consideration, an official transcript is required once you are admitted to the Evening MBA program. Failure to submit an official transcript may result in a hold being placed on your account, preventing you from registering for future classes. If your undergrad from was Virginia Tech, you do not need to submit your official transcript. 

Immediately upon acceptance into the program, please request that an official copy of your transcript be sent directly to the the Evening MBA Program Office or the Graduate School from your undergraduate institution.  Transcripts may be sent electronically via email to EveningMBAStudent@vt.edu or to dcgradschool@vt.edu .  Please let us know if you prefer to have a physical copy sent to us from the institution and we will provide you the address. 

If you attended an international undergraduate institution, please contact the Graduate School at dcgradschool@vt.edu and they will be able to assist. 

Please email EveningMBAStudent@vt.edu to let us know the method of delivery you selected. We cannot accept transcripts which have been opened by - or sent to - you. They must be sent directly to us from your undergraduate institution.
