High Level Design

System Overview

The Communications Control Software with Wi-Fi/LTE/5G is designed as hybrid communication network combining traditional radio with LTE/5G broadband and Wi-Fi channels. The hybrid system is chosen to guarantee the real-time and reliable communication for emergency response even under all conditions. The system is consising of five major components:

• Communications Controller

• Dispatch

• Tower Base Stations

• Radio Firmware

• Mobile Application (Android/iOS)

These modules are interacting with each other and form a two-path communication system with automatic resilent, dynamic frequency assignment, and real-time monitoring. The detailed module descriptions are in page Modules.
