The proposed system, Communications Control Software with Wi-Fi/LTE/5G, combines a traditional trunked radio communication system with LTE, 5G, and Wi-Fi to build a reliable, real-time network for emergency scenarios. With the hybrid design, it ensures continuous Push-to-Talk operation, automatic network switching via the dispatcher. Each module, consisting of radio, mobile app, towers, controller, and dispatch, interacts together to provide reliable, secure, and scalable (mobile/radio) communication. This hybrid design improves reliability and scalability compared to traditional systems while remaining a flexible design for future component integration, such as cloud control or AI-based optimizations for software systems of tower base stations.
