The ultimate goal of the PHS library is to serve as a learning center for all students at all academic levels. The library will provide a variety of materials for students that will contribute to their individual knowledge and provide teachers with effective resources for the classroom needs as well. In doing this, the library will strive to provide a desire for the enjoyment of literature.

World Book Online is the online version of the widely known encyclopedia that includes information on thousands of topics and provides supplemental links, videos, and other resources. World Book Online is not just a page-by-page replication of an ordinary World Book Encyclopedia.
