Mr. Drexler's Classroom

Welcome!!! My name is David Drexler. This is my 12th year in education (4th at Verndale Public School...GO PIRATES!!!). Prior to coming to Verndale I taught a variety of social studies courses for 7 years at West Central Area in Barrett, MN and I worked for 1 year as a Dean of Students at a middle school in the Twin Cities/metro area. I'm thrilled to be back in the classroom and working with the awesome students of Verndale!

When I'm not in the classroom I enjoying reading, spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and I try to get to the golf course as much as possible! You will also find me officiating on the sidelines of an area football field in the fall and running up and down area basketball courts in the winter months. I'm looking forward to a great school year that will not be without it challenges.

All course-specific syllabi, links, and necessary materials are located on Google Classroom. Your student is a member of each class they are enrolled in. For students to access their Google Classroom, they will need to login to their specific class at https://classroom.google.com/
