Google Classroom for Guardians will allow you to see your child’s progress in the classroom.

• As a Guardian, you will get an email from your child’s teacher giving you access to your child’s Google Classroom account

• Once you Accept the invitation into the classroom, you will be launched into a Classroom Screen which will allow you to choose the frequency of receiving Google Classroom Email Summaries (daily, weekly or no summaries)

• Guardian Summary emails include missing work, upcoming homework or projects with due dates and class activities such as assignments and announcements

• A Sample Summary is provided in the video

• As you scroll down the summary, you will see multiple subjects which display the multiple classes that your child is enrolled in

Once you accept the invitation for one class, you will receive the summary for all of the Google Classrooms that your child is enrolled in.

Don’t forget to accept one invitation for each child.
