Monday 9/19: We will continue reviewing our main/central idea powerpoint and take notes.

Together, we will complete a main idea worksheet to practice identifying the main idea and supporting details.

We will finish our "Third Grade Wishes" writing

Tuesday 9/20: We will continue reviewing our main/central idea powerpoint and take notes.

We will practice our vocabulary words (define and draw worksheet)

We will finish up our "Third Grade Wishes" writings/All About Me lapbooks.

Wednesday 9/21: We will begin learning specifically about the 3 Branches of Government. Today we will learn about the Legislative Branch

We will read a text about the Legislative Branch of government

We will take a formative quiz (open notes) about the Legislative Branch

Thursday 9/22: We will review the concepts of main/central idea

We will review/practice our vocabulary words to prepare for this week's assessment
