Week 13/14: Week of 11/7-11/18

Monday 11/7: Students will complete the theme/central message powerpoint. New vocabulary for 3-2 will be introduced. Students will complete literacy centers to review theme.

Tuesday 11/8-11/11: No School

Monday 11/14: We will begin our new unit on sequencing/recounting events and start our powerpoint with notes. We will review theme/central message and complete literacy centers.

Tuesday 11/15: Zoo Field Trip

Wednesday 11/16: Social Studies- Veterans Day

We will watch a short video about Veterans Day

We will read text about Veterans Day and highlight important key points. We will take a quiz about Veterans Day (open notes)

Thursday 11/17: Students will take a vocabulary test and formative assessment on Theme/Central Message. We will finish any work from the week not completed.

Friday 11/18: Thanksgiving Parade Room Transformation! Students will reading practice prior reading skills by participating in a Thanksgiving Parade room transformation.
