Monday 10/31: Haunted House room transformation! Students will complete reading-based Halloween centers in small group to complete challenges.
Tuesday 11/1: We will begin learning about theme/central message on our powerpoint and take notes on our companion while. We will complete centers and work on practicing our vocabulary words. Scary story final drafts will be completed.
Wednesday 11/2: Social Studies- Election Day
We will watch a short video about voting and elections
We will read text about voting and highlight important key points. We will take a quiz about voting (open notes)
We will have a mock election to see what the voting process is like.
Thursday 10/27: Students will continue learning about theme/central message and complete centers for Theme.
Friday 10/28: Students will take a vocabulary test. We will finish any work from the week not completed. Students will have their election day party based on their mock election choices. Progress Monitoring for students (one on one); Pumpkin book report presentations will begin.
