(“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) developed the Muslim Qibla App as a Free app. When you use our mobile application, as the case may be (the "App") and more generally, use any of our services (the "Services", which include the App), I appreciate that you are trusting me with your personal information. I take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, I seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information I collect, how I use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.
This privacy notice applies to all information collected through our Services (which, as described above, includes our App), as well as, any related services, sales, marketing, or events. I use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

To Provide Better Services of Muslim Qibla

We use the foregoing information we collect to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent viruses, plug-ins, Trojans, or other malicious programs or software. These safeguard measures maintain the integrity and good business environment of Muslim Qibla, which provides you with better service experiences.

We and Our third-party advertisers use your Personal Information to serve you with advertisements that may interest you, in conjunction with our third-party advertisers.

Personalize Advertisement
We utilize Google Ads for advertising purposes. Google may use the advertising ID from your device to gather interest and demographic data, which may then be used to serve better-targeted ads that reflect personalized advertising. Please be assured that the ads we display to you are not personalized, and we do not share any information with third parties. We have chosen to incorporate ads into our app as our revenue model is based on advertising. To ensure a positive user experience, if you encounter any ads that are inappropriate or do not align with your preferences, you have the ability to report or block them directly within Muslim Qibla.
Retention of your information
In order to provide transparency and clarity about the processing and storage of Personal Data, we adhere to the following guidelines:
• Personal Data will be processed and stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
• If the Personal Data was collected for the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User, it will be retained until the contract has been fully executed.
• If the Personal Data was collected for the purposes of the Owner's legitimate interests, it will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill those purposes. Users can obtain information about the Owner's legitimate interests by referring to the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner directly.
• Personal Data may be retained for a longer period if the User has given consent to such processing, provided that the consent is not withdrawn. The Owner may also be required to retain Personal Data for a longer period to comply with legal obligations or orders from authorities.

AdMob (Google Ireland Limited)
AdMob is an advertising service provided by GoogleIreland Limited.

Analytics:
• We use services that enable us to monitor and analyze web traffic and User behavior.
• Google Analytics for Firebase is an analytics service provided by Google LLC that we use. To understand Google's use of Data, please consult Google's partner policy.
• Firebase Analytics may share Data with other tools provided by Firebase, and Users may opt-out of certain Firebase features through device settings or other sections of this privacy policy.
• We use identifiers for mobile devices and technologies similar to cookies to run the Firebase Analytics service.

This Application may provide the User with additional and contextual information regarding specific Services or the handling of Personal Data upon request, in addition to the information provided in this privacy policy.

To ensure the smooth operation of this Application and any third-party services, we may collect System logs that record user interactions, as well as other Personal Data (such as IP addresses). This is necessary for maintenance purposes.

How “Do Not Track” requests are handled

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA for short), our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Me with Personal Data, please contact Me. If I become aware that I have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, I take steps to remove that information from our servers.
