Technology used to bring our Esports events to life

• Laptop - preferably one that can handle heavy loads

• OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) - FREE streaming application that can connect to various streaming platfroms

• HDMI splitter - We currently use an OREI branded 8X splitter (minimum recommended would be a 2X splitter)

• HDMI cables - We use high quality, high speed HDMI cables for best results

• Mevo cameras - These can be setup to work via USB or over wifi using NDI (strong wifi connection is recommended to use NDI setting)

• HDMI to USB device - this will be how the game console will connect to your computer and inputs to OBS

Optional Tech

• USB connected soundboard

• XLR3 connection headsets with microphones - We use these for broadcasting athletic events, but look to integrate them into our esports events

• USB Hub - You may need more USB ports for all your tech, it will determine on the computer and what type of event you are setting up.
