Branded Nuevas Sonrisas Email

If you're reading this, chances are that you don't have an @nuevassonrisas.org account yet. I asked the Board to get and use one, and we all do - thank you Board!. A few others who deal with the public have also requested an account, and are using it.

If you are a trip volunteer and don't work with the Nuevas Sonrisas team on committees, trip arrangement, or deal with the public, you don't need an @nuevassonrisas.org account or email. Trip related communication and file access on G Drive will work just fine using your private email, although you may need to Create a Google Account. If you would like an @nuevassonrisas.org email address, I'll be happy to create one for you - please read on.

You should have an @nuevassonrisas.org email if one of these is true:

• You communicate by email outside of the team on behalf of Nuevas Sonrisas. We want to be seen as a professional organization, and having a branded email is one component of that professionalism.
• You are on a committee, and communicate often with your fellow volunteers, even if not with the public. Having a separate account for NS work can come in handy, and there are some features of G Suite that cannot be used without having such an account (Google Drive File Stream comes to mind).
