This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "This Agreement") is a legally effective agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and the application operator (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "party") regarding your access to and use of this Application (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). Please read carefully and fully understand the entire content of this agreement before using the service.
By downloading, installing or using this Service, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. User registration and account security
1.1 If the application involves account registration, you must provide real and accurate information and be responsible for the use and security of the account.
1.2 You may not transfer or lend the account to others for use. You shall bear the relevant liability if the account information is leaked or used by others due to your negligence.
1.3 If you find that the account is used abnormally, you should notify us immediately.
2. Subscription Services and Paid Terms
2.1 Subscribe to content
We provide a paid subscription service for some features, and the subscription content, prices and cycles will be clearly marked within the app.
2.2 Automatic subscription renewal
Subscription services will be automatically renewed unless you cancel the automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription cycle;
Fees will be deducted from the iTunes/App Store through your Apple ID account;
Renewal prices are the same as when you first subscribe unless otherwise notified;
You can manage or unsubscribe in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
2.3 Free trial
If the app offers a free trial, the system will automatically deduct the subscription price after the trial period, unless you unsubscribe during the trial period.
2.4 Refund Policy
All payments through the App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policy;
If you apply for a refund, Apple has the right to make a final decision;
We may provide Apple's policies with data related to subscription spending, but do not contain any sensitive information that identifies you.
2.5 Data processing related to refunds (if applicable)
According to the App Store’s refund policy, our servers will receive notifications from Apple (CONSUMPTION_REQUEST) when a user initiates a refund request. In this case, we will provide Apple with data related to user subscriptions to assist Apple in making decisions about refund requests. Please note that the data provided is limited to consumer information related to the subscription and does not contain any personal or sensitive data. We are committed to complying with Apple’s requirements and ensuring that all data processing activities are fully compliant with privacy protection laws and regulations. By using this App, you agree to our transfer of your subscription consumption data to Apple in accordance with the App Store’s refund policy for processing refund requests.
3. User behavioral norms
Users are not allowed to engage in the following behaviors when using this service:
Publish or disseminate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or infringing on the rights of others;
Reverse engineering, modify, decompile or attempt to obtain the source code of this service;
Unauthorized access to this service using automation tools (such as crawlers);
Use the Service to engage in any illegal activities or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others.
If the above provisions are violated, we have the right to limit or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice.
4. Service changes and termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of the Service at any time without notice. If the service is stopped due to policy or operational reasons, we will notify the user in advance based on actual conditions and properly handle relevant rights and interests.
5. Intellectual Property Statement
All content contained in this service (including but not limited to interface design, icons, text, pictures, audio, video, software code, etc.) belongs to us or relevant rights holders and is protected by copyright, trademark and other relevant laws. No one may copy, disseminate or commercially use it in any way without authorization.
6. Disclaimer
We will try our best to ensure the stability and security of the Service, but do not guarantee that the Service will not be interrupted or errors;
We are not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, third-party reasons, user's own equipment or network problems;
Your use of this service must comply with local laws and regulations, and we are not responsible for users' illegal use of the service.
7. Privacy Policy
We attach great importance to user privacy. For instructions on how we collect, use and protect user information, please refer to our published Privacy Policy.
8. Protocol update
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you in the app if there are any major changes. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the updated terms.
