Infiynova ("we", "our", or "us") built the ZyraAI app ("the App") as an ad-supported application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect:
Advertising ID (Android Ad ID)
Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
IP address
General location (based on IP)
App usage and interaction data
Chat conversations: All conversations with the AI are stored locally on your device using a local database. They are never transmitted to any server.
App preferences: Your settings and preferences are stored locally using DataStore.
The App requests microphone access for voice input (speech-to-text). Audio data is processed on your device and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server.
ZyraAI uses an on-device AI model (Google Gemma). All AI processing happens entirely on your device. Your prompts and the AI's responses are never sent to any external server. No cloud-based AI services are used.
Zyra AI may locally store a name and preferred tone you provide for personalization, a short rolling summary of each chat, and any 👍/👎 ratings you give to AI responses. This information is kept on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. You can erase it at any time from Settings → Clear Chat History / Clear message ratings.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as described in Section 3 (advertising services operated by Google).
Local data (chats, preferences): Stored on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
Ad-related data: Governed by Google's retention policies.
The App is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
Ad personalization: You can opt out of personalized ads through the consent dialog shown in the App, or via your device's Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
Microphone access: You can revoke microphone permission at any time through your device settings.
Delete local data: You can clear all locally stored data by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
We value your trust. Since all AI processing and conversation data remain on your device, your data is protected by your device's own security measures. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our distribution page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
